If the employee is employed at a school site, the CSC shall be advised of classified staff members on a plan for improvement.
If the regular employee fails to meet the assigned plan for improvement, the matter will be taken to the Superintendent with a statement of the problem, an outline of action taken, and a recommendation from the CSC. The Superintendent will submit recommendations with back-up for terminating an employee to the School Board.
