Concerns

• Need to work out a plan with the expediter for timely movement of materials between buildings
• Inefficiency of having Media Services spread out between three buildings
• Aligning existing Media Services goals and program plan with other district goals
• Better use of Media Specialist time-currently half or more is spent on clerical tasks
• More support to sites for RIF distributions (a need to model acceptable distribution activities)

Suggestions for Next Year
• Spend more time at sites promoting district and state online services including training in the use of the Alexandria via Internet
• Work with K on curriculum support material purchases
• Work with Jane on Accelerated Reader set up and implementation at sites
