Southwest Region School District teachers organizing the DIAL-3 screening may select one of the three following letters to send out to the parents of children who are to be screened.

Form Letter 1 - Written for use at Togiak, Manokotak, and New Stuyahok.
Form Letter 2 - Written for use at the small sites which currently have
                          kindergartners enrolled.
Form Letter 3 - Written for use at the small sites which currently have no
                          kindergartners enrolled.
